Information

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our wee guests at My Wee Pop Up Play Village, we've established a few simple rules. These guidelines help us maintain a fun, clean, and secure environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in making our play village a wonderful place for children to explore and play!

Our rules

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our rules at My Wee Pop Up Play Village. We believe open communication is key to creating a positive experience for all.

What are the most important rules to follow?

Our first rule is to have fun!

All children must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18. My Wee Pop-Up Play Village does not accept responsibility for the supervision of your child. Please supervise your child when playing. Ensure your child moves safely between activities. Please behave kindly and politely. If toys are broken, please let us know. Please ensure equipment stays behind when you leave.

What specific guidelines do you have regarding cleanliness, food, and drinks?

To maintain a hygienic environment, we kindly ask that all food and drinks are consumed away from the play zones. This helps prevent spills and keeps the play areas clean for all children to enjoy.

Could you explain the level of parental supervision required?

All children must be accompanied by an adult, over the age of 18. My Wee Pop-Up Play Village does not accept responsibility for the supervision of your child.

Are there any rules specific to certain activities or areas?

Please ensure your child moves from one activity area to another in the safest way possible. There will be mixed ages and we do not want our wee ones getting hurt.

What if a toy gets broken?

We understand that accidents happen from time to time and toys may get broken. Please let us know if you find any broken equipment so that it does not endanger any of our wee guests.

Can my child take a toy home?

We also ask that the equipment stays behind when you leave and not make it's way home in wee pockets :)

What about disagreements between children?

We ask that all our guests behave in a kind and polite way. Children may want a toy or prop that another child has, which is expected for this age and stage. However we ask that as the adult, you supervise your child so that they are not hurt by another child.

If you have any concerns please let us know

What about small parts?

We have tried to ensure that all play equipment is clean and safe from harm, however there may be small parts that your child may pop in their mouths. Please supervise your child when playing with items of this nature.
